Yachting Association recognised training centre. Having access to some
of the most spectacular and safest waters on the Costa Blanca, we pride
ourselves on offering professional, friendly powerboat training, at
very competitive prices.

LOCATION
Set in the beautiful Mediterranean town of Moraira, Alicante, Spain,
we are located midway between the airports of Alicante and Valencia.
The AP7 motorway provides easy access from both Valencia (75 minutes)
to the north and Alicante to the south (60 mins).
WHY
GET TRAINED?
Well,
powerboating is our passion. It is probably one of the most
enjoyable pastimes available, especially with our beautiful
coastline and marvellous weather, and we want to make it fun
and safe for you too.
Here in Spain, we can enjoy our boats all year round, not just
for a few months of the year. By taking one of our powerboat
courses, you will be able to enjoy your sport feel confident
and safe on the water, and be legal.
We provide everything you will need, from lifejackets and wet
weather gear to top quality training craft.

WHY
TRAIN AT FREEDOM POWERBOAT TRAINING?
Being
an RYA recognised training centre means that you are assured of
receiving the most up-to-date and professional training available,
and your qualifications will be recognised around the world.
We offer Powerboat Level 1, Poweboat Level 2, International Certificate
of Competence (ICC) Practical Test; all at coastal level.
We also work with other RYA Training Centres in order to be able
to offer Day Skipper Theory (5 days), Basic Navigation (2 days),
First Aid and VHF Radio.
Our philosophy on powerboat training is simple; lets get out
on the water and have great fun learning.

FACILITIES
AND EQUIPMENT
We
have two training boats. A 2007, Joker Coastal 6 meter RIB (Rigid
Inflatable Boat) with a 100bhp Yamaha outboard. She is equipped
with all the latest safety equipment including VHS, GPS, flares,
First Aid etc. She is fast and great fun; an ideal training craft.
We also have a Four Winns 258 Cruiser, used for experience in
handling a slightly bigger craft. Again, she is equipped with
all the necessary equipment.
